Hi, I’m Tandem Ditzel

Breckenridge, Texas

I am from the small town of Breckenridge, Texas. My hometown has a population of 5,000. I graduated High school in 2017 with 76 people. I then went to Tarleton state before Transferring to Texas Tech to get my Bachelors in Science degree. I moved to the Austin area with my Fiance in late 2023. We have 2 corgis named Ollie ( 6 ) and archie ( 1 ). Being from a place with very few buildings and little variety, Real estate has quickly turned into a passion for me rather than just a career.

My Approach

I have a different perspective on Real Estate as compared to most. I dont believe we as agents work for our clients, but with them. I value open communication 24/7 and real personal relationships. From my perspective, I want to know who you are as people, so that we can work together to meet your needs.

The Real Estate world has always fascinated me. Growing up in a small town, The variety of homes and properties was virtually non existant. Most of the homes that i have been in have been in the same family for generations and so on. When we tour your new home for the first time, I will be just as elated as you are.
